NEUE – Display Suite is a sales office used to display a high-rise residential project NEUE Macquarie Park, two residential apartment buildings comprising 297 apartment units.

As Design Manager of COLI Australia, William's roles include but are not limited to: 

• Lead design consultants and internal departments to develop and optimize DA (development application) and TD (tender documents) packages, including but not limited to façade design, building layout, apartment layouts, interior schemes, landscape, lighting design and public art on project’s budget and schedule.

• Draft up the project’s PPR (Principals Project Requirements) as project delivery standards in the tender package.

• Integrate, review and sign-off design consultants’ DD/tender packages, conduct value engineering with QS and construction team, and attend interviews with vendors to improve design rationalization.

• Lead external consultants and internal departments (construction, QS, marketing and sales) to accomplish
  the project’s Display Suite’s concept design, design development, tender documents and value engineering,
  shop drawing review and design-construction coordination.
