The Art of Design Exploration: How WWAA Perfected the Russell Lea Home Renovation by 10+ Design Iterations

At WWAA, we do more than just design buildings—we embody the spirit of craftsmanship. For this Russell Lea renovation and expansion project, we developed over 10 distinct design schemes, pushing the boundaries of architectural excellence.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our clients, Mr. and Mrs. Li, for their trust. With only a few conversations, they confidently entrusted us with the design of their future home. Inspired by their faith in our expertise, our team poured heart and soul into this project. From optimizing circulation flow and enhancing spatial functionality to refining every aesthetic detail, we left no stone unturned in our pursuit of perfection.

A particular highlight was the master bedroom design, where we developed three distinct layouts to fully accommodate both homeowners’ lifestyle preferences and functional needs. As the project evolved based on client feedback, we went further, creating three additional expansion proposals, each with unique characteristics. After multiple discussions with the client and construction team regarding budget and feasibility, we finalized the optimal design.

Ultimately, our meticulous efforts helped the client secure CDC approval, and construction is now officially underway. Now, as construction begins, we eagerly anticipate the remarkable transformation of this once aging residence. Stay tuned as we bring this vision to life!
